Perfect teapot

HOW CAN I MAKE THE PERFECT POT OF TEA?

If you’re looking to make the perfect pot of tea, look no further than these easy steps.

1) Put the tea in the cup or teapot filter. You will need 1 measure (2g) for each 200 ml cup. If you are going to make it in a teapot, add an extra measure. 

2)Pour the hot water over the leaves and let them steep for the recommended time depending on the variety of tea you’re using. 

3)Remove the filter and stir the tea. It’s now ready to serve!


• Make sure you use soft water and ensure you don’t let it boil. This way your tea will be more aromatic.

• The temperature of the water and the infusion time are different for each tea. Keep an eye on these to make sure your tea isn’t bitter.

Natural Iced Tea

HOW CAN I MAKE NATURAL ICED TEA?

  • Put the tea in the cup or teapot filter. For every 200 ml cup you will need 1 measure (2g). If you prefer to use a jug, add 3 measures.
  • Pour the hot water over the leaves and leave them for 2-5 minutes.
  • Remove the filter and pour the tea into a jug/cup with ice or very cold water and... voila!  

Tips for the perfect ICED TEA: :

  • Use good quality tea. It contains more antioxidants and is more aromatic, which will guarantee you healthy and tasty drinks. .
  • Always use mineral water. This way you’ll be sure to get a delicious taste, without any defects due to poor quality water.
  • Adding citrus enhances antioxidant action. Citrus juice improves the absorption of antioxidants, and also makes the drink more refreshing.
  • Make large jugs. You can drink your natural ICED TEA for a period of 24 hours. If you make sure it’s always in your fridge, you’ll avoid mass-produced soft drinks.
  • Make ice using your teas. If you have leftover tea that you don’t want to drink, put it in an ice cube tray and you'll enjoy flavoured ice. Use the cubes for your next Iced Tea or to throw into your favourite drinks.
