Tetsubin, of Japanese origin, is a perfect container for tea and a work of art of great prestige thanks to its elaborate creation process. Artisanal casting, the production process of these Japanese teapots is made in molds and consists of between 64 and 68 steps, of which most are made manually. In Japan, "kanbin" is the name of the jug used to boil sake, a design that inspired this teapot. It also incorporates the traditional pattern of large dots, a classic of Japanese cast iron craftsmanship. This cast iron teapot has been manufactured in Morioka, Japan by the family company Iwachu.
