Recipes with our Fruit Explosion: Plum Cake.

Vegan crepes Ingredients:

For the crepes:

• 600 g ripe banana (approx. 6-7 pcs.)

• 1 tablespoon chia seeds

• 1 tablespoon carob powder

• ½ teaspoon powdered vanilla

For the filling:

• 20g Fruit Explosion infusion (9 measures of tea)

• 1.5L filtered water

• 1 ripe mango

• Other fresh cut fruits (mango, red fruits, figs...)

• 1 tablespoon Tea Shop agave syrup or acacia honey

How to make Vegan crepes:

1-Mix all the ingredients for the crepes in a blender until creamy.

2- Grease a non-stick frying pan with a little vegan butter and heat over medium heat.

3- With the help of a spatula or similar place some of the cream and shape into crepes, about 3 or 4 mm thick. You can make them as big or small as you like.

4- Leave it until you can peel off the edges and the crepe can be turned over easily. We turn them over to make them on the other side.

5- Take them out and fill them with the prepared filling.

How to make the filling:

1. Infuse 20 g Fruit Explosion in 1.5L of water at 95ºC for 8-10 minutes. Remove the filter and don't throw the contents away, they will become part of the recipe! Enjoy the resulting infusion while you continue cooking. Hydrate all day long!

2. Make a mango cream by whipping the mango together with the syrup or honey. Spread it as a base on the crepe.

3. Add the fruits featured in the Fruit Explosion infusion along with other fruits of your choice, cut into pieces.
