Our Business Ethics

Tea Shop's code of ethics summarizes the company's philosophy regarding the attitude towards life in general and work in particular, and defines the brand core values that guide the day-to-day life of all the company's workers. In our staff recruiting processes, we give priority to those candidates who identify with these values, so that we achieve a cohesive team that shares the same principles. This is reflected in both our work and the image we give to our clients, collaborators and suppliers. This code is our commitment to a sum of essential values: HONESTY + INTEGRITY + LEGALITY + EXCELLENCE

- Honesty: 

We want to be coherent and consistent with what we think, say and do, always behaving with sincerity, honesty and transparency. We are clear regarding our explanations to our clients, and we do not think about selling for the sake of selling, using false or non-verified argument. We negotiate with suppliers and with the aim of achieving the common good, and when working with our colleagues, we know how to rectify and correct when necessary.

- Integrity: 

We respect others without forgetting about ourselves, always in a respectful attitude, being loyal and firm at the same time. We want to be trustworthy, as this is the way we can make decisions and solve any problem that may occur. Our aim is to always act correctly, and we are doing so out of conviction. For us it is very important to lead by example, and we believe that we are rewarded for this attitude with the respect of our clients, suppliers and external collaborators, which also makes teamwork easier for all colleagues.

- Legality: 

We believe in the need to be led by a shared framework of norms that guides our actions and prevents injustices, thus acting with honesty. Legality creates obligation and gives us the opportunity to recognize what is fair and correct, and apply it with equity. We are specialists in food products and we have the responsibility to comply with all regulations that guarantee safety to our customers. We make sure all the people working with us feel confident, and have the certainty that the company ensures the regulations in force are applied at all times. We adhere to the agreements and contracts with our suppliers to create quality business relationships.

- Excellence: 

We strive for perfection, we believe that everything can always be done better, we learn from past experiences and we are flexible. We are interested in the future and its changes, we want to continue improving, we are self-demanding and we do not simply want to meet the expectations of others. What motivates us is to grow and live up to what we want to be. Our goal is excellence in all areas, in product quality, in customer service, in teamwork and in the relationship with suppliers and collaborators.
