6 CHRISTMAS RECIPES TO SURPRISE
MUG CAKE WITH CHRISTMAS TEA BLACK
How about a quick, easy and delicious mug cake? This Christmas recipe is ideal for a good, healthy and quick snack. The Christmas Black Tea Mug Cake takes just 5 minutes to make and the result is amazing – we promise!
Ingredients
25g of oat flakes
20g of oat flour
5g of bitter cocoa powder
1 large egg white
40g of Greek yogurt
5g of Christmas Tea Black
60ml of vegetable drink
1 / 2g of dry yeast
A topping of almonds, or whatever takes your fancy
Elaboration
Make a tea concentrate in the plant milk (try it with oat milk) heated to 95º for 4 minutes. Put all the ingredients together and mix vigorously. Put the mug in the microwave at 700/750W for about two minutes. After 1 minute you can open the mug and add the topping, such as almonds, and then finish cooking. Ready to enjoy!
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITH CHOCO TURRÓN
This simple, homemade chocolate mousse is perfect for chocolate lovers as it has a delicious, sweet flavour that turns it into a real treat. As well as being easy to prepare, it's a dessert that you can make in advance, meaning it's ideal for special occasions like Christmas when saving any last-minute time is appreciated. Don’t you think?
Ingredients: (for 4 people)
4 eggs
150g of sugar
A few drops of orange juice
200g of chocolate coating
20g of Choco Turrón red tea
0.5l of liquid cream
Elaboration:
Leave the tea to cold soak in the cream for 36 hours, stirring from time to time. Beat the egg yolks with 120g of sugar. Heat the melting chocolate until it forms a cream.
Add the egg yolks and sugar and let it cool, stirring constantly. Whip the egg whites until stiff with a few drops of orange juice.
Add the whipped egg whites to the cold cream and fold them in, making sure they're fluffy. Whip the tea-infused cream with 30g of sugar, fold it into the mixture, and leave it to cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Serve with a piping bag and decorate with orange peel or candied orange.
MATCHA RAW BITS
A very easy and sweet way to make a sweet snack for Christmas gatherings. Ideal with a hot cup of tea or herbal tea.
Ingredients
125g walnuts
60g rolled oats
100g raisins
40g unsweetened cocoa
40g coconut oil
1g Matcha
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon natural vanilla or half a vanilla bean.
100g toasted hazelnuts
TO DECORATE:
50g Unsweetened cocoa and matcha
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend until you have a homogenous paste.
Form small balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Coat with the cocoa and matcha, and you're done!
SWEET TURMERIC BUTTER
Another Christmas idea is to serve this easy turmeric butter recipe with toast or muffins. YUM!
Ingredients:
120 g of butter or margarine
1 teaspoon of Organic Cúrcuma Latte Ginger
Preparation:
Take the butter out of the fridge 20 minutes before beginning to make sure it’s soft.
Mash well with a fork until soft and smooth.
Add the matcha and mix well to combine.
MARRON GLACÉ ROOIBOS SWEET-TOOTH DESSERT
Surprise the sweet-tooths in your life with this deliciously sweet recipe – once they try it, they won't be able to stop!
Ingredients (for 4 people)
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1l of Rooibos Marron Glacé
Caramel syrup
Cocoa powder
Cookie Top & Tea Toffee
Preparation
Infuse 6 measures of M. Glacé Rooibos in 1 litre of mineral or filtered water for 10 minutes. Filter and set aside.
Place a scoop of ice cream in each glass and "drown" with the tea until it's covered.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder, add a dash of syrup, and serve immediately.
We serve it with the topping of your choice! Decorate with a Top&Tea Toffee biscuit.
Chestnuts and Marron Glacé Rooibos
Chestnuts are the perfect product to enjoy at Christmas. Which is why we've come up with this easy-to-make recipe, with the essential extra touch of Rooibos Marron Glacé. Surprise them with this amazing recipe!
Ingredients (for 4 people)
12g of Rooibos Marron Glacé
500ml of water
500ml of milk
250g of pre-cooked chestnuts
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of white sugar
Whipped cream to decorate
Elaboration:
Infuse the rooibos in half a litre of water at 95°C for 8-10 mins. Pour the Marron Glacé infusion, milk, cinnamon, sugar and pre-cooked chestnuts into a container and stick in the microwave for 7-10 minutes, so that the chestnuts take on flavour and until the liquid becomes a little thicker. Serve hot in a ceramic bowl to keep it warm, with a little whipped cream for decoration.
