Green tea Organic Japan Tamaryokucha Mikazuki

Green tea grown apart from the leaves of a subspecies of the tea tree Camellia Sinensis. Meets N.O.P. (National Organic Program) organic certification standards. The harvest season of Japan Tamaryokucha Mikazuki is from late June to early July, and its processing process with respect to traditional Japanese Green Tea is that the leaves a subjected to heat treatment by cooking instead of steaming, hence the particular curly and dark green shape of the leaves. A high quality tea, with a floral flavor and a pleasant toasted touch due to cooking that lasts in the mouth. Perfect to take it alone, hot or cold, between meals and especially accompanying dishes with fish or vegetable soups. Once infused leaves are especially good to consume in salad with a soy dressing. A great antioxidant and diuretic of the family of Green teas. Its high content of young leaves makes it richer in nutrients.
