RECIPES FOR SAN JUAN: SPARKLING AND DELICIOUS
1)RED HIBISCUS RECIPE
Delicious recipe with Sangria Tea infusion: a fruit mixture with a surprising resemblance to the most popular summer drink in Spain, full of flavor and without theine, ideal to enjoy with Sparkling Hibiscus.
Ingredients:
- 8 inox measures (25g) SangriaTea Infusion
-One "cloud" (70-100ml of Sparkling Hibiscus)- 2-3 tablespoons agave syrup (optional)
- 1/2 apple (for garnish)
How to prepare Red Hibiscus?
In a Tea Maker, infuse 8 measures of SangriaTea for 10 minutes with water at 95ºC. Place ice in Summer Tea Jug while infusing and only then pour the contents of the Tea Maker. Add more ice if necessary, until reaching almost 1L of volume (without filling).
Finally, add a little Sparkling of the variety indicated for each preparation (about 70-100 ml).
Optional sweetener: sweeten with 2-3 tablespoons of Agave Syrup. Sweeten preferably always hot to facilitate dissolution. Garnish with apple slices (do not use other fruits that may spoil the flavor). Ready!
2)SUNNY SPARKLING RECIPE
Refreshing recipe with Sunny Peach White Tea: a refreshing blend with White Tea, Green Tea, peach and a touch of pear. Its sweet and fruity taste is perfect to combine with Sparkling Hibiscus.
Ingredients:
- 8 stainless steel measures (25g) Sunny Peach White Tea.
- One "cloud" (70-100ml of Sparkling Hibiscus)
- 1/2 apple or frozen peach (for garnish)
How to prepare Sunny Sparkling?
In a Tea Maker, infuse 10 measures of Sunny Peach for 3 minutes with water at 75ºC. Place ice in the Summer Tea Jug while infusing and only then pour the contents of the Tea Maker. Add more ice if necessary, until reaching almost 1L of volume (without finishing filling).
Finally, add a little Sparkling of the variety indicated for each preparation (about 70-100 ml). Garnish with slices of apple or frozen peach (do not use other fruits that may detract from the flavor). Ready!
3)GING SPARKLING RECIPE
Are you a citrus lover? Prepare this recipe with Ging Dry Tea Green Tea with ginseng and citrus, ideal to prepare with Sparkling Hibiscus.
Ingredients:
- 8 stainless steel measures (25g) Gind Dry Tea Infusion.
- One "cloud" (70-100ml of Sparkling Hibiscus)
- 2-3 tablespoons of agave syrup (optional)
- 1/2 lime (for garnish)
How to prepare Ging Sparkling?
In a Tea Maker, infuse Ging Dry Tea (8 TS measures) for 2 minutes with water at 75ºC. Place ice in Summer Tea Jug while infusing and only then pour the contents of the Tea Maker. Add more ice if necessary, until reaching almost 1L of volume (without finishing filling).
Finally, add a little Sparkling of the variety indicated for each preparation (about 70-100 ml).
Optional sweetener: sweeten with 2-3 tablespoons of Agave Syrup. Sweeten preferably always hot to facilitate dissolution. Garnish with lime slices, in addition to the visual appeal, it will provide more freshness.
