Our recipe today is for prunes soaked in a very special tea: Snow Christmas, a white tea with chamomile that's a sweet and creamy delight with a flavour reminiscent of apple tarte tatin. Tea-soaked prunes ingredients:

200g of prunes (or dried apricots)

2 measures of Snow Christmas

300ml of water

How do you soak the prunes?

Put the prunes (or dried apricots) in a nice glass jar.

Infuse the Snow Christmas in 300ml of water at 75ºC for 3 mins.

Pour the tea into the jar (or thermo) and leave to cool.

When it’s at room temperature, close the jar and leave it in the fridge for one or two nights.
