How to prepare the turmeric and ginger herbal tea?

Brew 2 g (1 measure) at 95 °C for 8-10 min. It's that easy!

Do you want a latte? Add milk or plant-based drink to your herbal tea and get the perfect natural ''Golden Milk'' with ayurvedic properties.

If you want it chilled, add ice once it's infused. Perfect to hydrate and refresh!

Tips for preparing Super Turmeric

After brewing, you can add it to your orange juice to enjoy a nutritious drink with extra vitamin C.

Grind it in a grinder or mortar and pestle and use it to spice up dishes, make sauces, marinate foods, add it to vinaigrettes or broths.

Once the herbal tea is prepared, you can add freshly squeezed lemon juice for a "cleanse" on an empty stomach.

While brewing, add a touch of ground black pepper as it helps the turmeric to be better absorbed.
