L-theanine in Matcha: reduce stress and focus better

DID YOU KNOW...

L-theanine is a very abundant amino acid in the tea plant, Camellia Sinensis, and especially concentrated in green tea. Matcha is the tea that contains the most L-theanine due to its cultivation and processing characteristics, as well as its powdered form.

Read on to find out all about L-theanine and how to take advantage of it.

WHAT IS L-THEANINE?

L-theanine is an amino acid that contributes to brain relaxation. This state, added to the stimulation of theine, achieves harmony to improve normal intellectual performance.

What is L-THEANINE used for?

It is used to treat cases of anxiety. Do you have stress and nerves? Don't miss these 4 tips.

Unlike other relaxants, it doesn’t drain our strength, but instead it relieves nerves and stress. It improves our predisposition to face the day to day and the stimuli that surround us. It helps us to experience things in a different way. It helps us to take things differently.

Improves learning and concentration. Recommended intake in certain cases of anxiety and stress. By being more relaxed we get to have a stronger immune system, since stress is a direct enemy of the strength of it.

The best thing about this substance: it is an atypical relaxant, since it does not cause drowsiness, tiredness or lack of attention.

It favours a state of well-being and relaxation: since the L-theanine in tea produces the release of endorphins and serotonin.

Strengthens the immune system response: it helps fight virus and bacterial infections. These cells are also involved in cancer protection.

Take advantage of Matcha's beauty properties and its concentration of vitamin B2.
