Organic Japan Tamaryokucha Mikazuki Green Tea

Green tea grown apart from the leaves of a subspecies of the tea tree Camellia Sinensis. Meets N.O.P. (National Organic Program) organic certification standards. The harvest season of Japan Tamaryokucha Mikazuki is from late June to early July, and its processing process with respect to traditional Japanese Green Tea is that the leaves a subjected to heat treatment by cooking instead of steaming, hence the particular curly and dark green shape of the leaves.
